7;s health Maximus body Book, hosted the final session. Maximus makes it a point to train without equipment, even when a fully equipped gym is available. Therefore, creating an accessible session for men stuck at home with no access to equipment fits perfectly with his training style.

This workout is a variation on a routine that Maximus made infamous. The ab session is meant to serve as the answer for anyone who wants exciting new six pack shreds for every day of the week – Bobby doesn’t play that. “A lot of the work I do in the gym is functional,” he says. “What do I mean by functional? We don’t sit on machines, we don’t do isolation exercises – we work our bodies from head to toe.” That includes the abdominal muscles.

But people still ask for isolation. “If people keep bothering me, I give them this training,” he says. “And then don’t ask again because of extreme pain.”

Bobby Maximus’ Don’t ask me about Abs Again Workout

Work a total of 5 minutes, do the exercises for 30 seconds, then take them off for 30 seconds. Do 5 pushups during the 30-second rest period. If you want to take over the entire session, repeat the process for a total of 3 rounds.
