We also host live workouts on Instagram with some of our favorite coaches to fill the fitness class void in your everyday life.

Bobby Maximus, former UFC fighter, fitness personality and author of the Men’s health Maximus body Book, hosted the final session. Maximus makes a point of exercising without equipment, even if a fully equipped gym is available to them. Therefore, creating an accessible session for men stuck at home with no access to equipment fits their training style perfectly. Today he uses a piece of equipment: a resistance band. But he chose the device because it’s so easy to carry on the go, which makes this workout perfect when you’re away from home or short on time to break out all of your gear.

“I work out every day, but I am out of the gym three hours a day,” says Maximus. “There are days when, like you, I only have 10, 20 or 15 minutes and I have to get things done quickly, efficiently and effectively.”

The meeting follows one of Maximus’ most infamous protocols, the Trinity. With three exercises he asks you to do more repetitions than you think possible in a short time – in this case only 10 minutes. For this quick and furious variation, do pushups, banded curls, and banded strict presses (overhead presses). Stand on the tape to create tension for the curls and presses.

Do as many repetitions as possible in 10 minutes. If you get too tired from one exercise, move on to the next with as little rest as possible.
