Arnold Strongman Classic 2019: & # 039; The Mountain & # 039; Break his own world record in Deadlift

Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, aka "The Mountain", aka "Thor", aka The World's Strongest Man, also known as a series of other superlatives, had drawn a day at the Arnold Strongman Classic 2019 by still putting his name in the record books engraved once again with its own brand from last year. The record lift was 474 kg and the rogue elephant pole. And as you can see in the video below, it looked like he had even more in the tank. So do not expect this album to exceed its greeting.

A post shared by Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson (@thorbjornsson) on 1 March 2019 at 3:30 pm PST [19659018] This breathtaking performance surpasses Björnsson's legendary performance at Arnold last year, when he raised a 1.041-pound crusader with a cross. He beat this feat by a pound earlier in February, before it was a few pounds more today. It's safe to say that this is the official lift of "The Mountain".

And remember, this was on the first day of Arnold's competitions. We still have plenty of slings and records to break this weekend.
