Who ever said that Spaghetti Squash is only allowed at dinner? We've put together three delicious recipes that show how to incorporate spaghetti squash during each meal of the day. Of course, we do not expect anyone to prepare these three recipes on the same day, but distributing them throughout the month could lead to delicious meals! Start with a spaghetti and pumpkin base and mix with eggs, rosemary or bean sprouts. Read below for photos and recipes:

Toasting Spaghetti Squash

Follow the instructions below to fry the spaghetti squash you will use for your base in the following recipes.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F [19659005] Cut your spaghetti squash length wise. (This can be a real feat: make sure your knife is sharp and you have a large, safe area to cut.)
  2. Remove all seeds and pulp from inside your pumpkin.
  3. On a baking tray Place the pumpkin face up and drizzle with olive oil. Season salt and pepper
  4. Turn over your pumpkin. Roast the pumpkin face down for about 45 minutes. (Your pumpkin is ready if you can pierce the back with a fork.)
