According to a new one Research can protect low calorie foods from some diseases. The researchers claimed that what a person eats directly affects cell function. When a person consumes low-calorie food, it provides protection against disease.
The study was conducted on mice that demonstrated the performance of different cells after consuming low-calorie foods. After the study, it was concluded that a low calorie diet can protect the brain. It demonstrated brain protection against neuronal cell death caused by diseases such as epilepsy, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and cerebral vascular accidents (CVA).

The study was presented at FAPESP Week London, February 11-13. For the study, the research team has divided all mice into two groups.
"We are studying how dietary changes affect metabolism and how it affects the likelihood of aging-related diseases," said co-author Alicia Kowaltowski, a professor at the University of Sao Paulo in New York Brazil.
The researchers calculated the average number of calories each group consumed. One of the two groups had no restriction of calorie consumption. While the other group received 40 percent fewer calories.

After 40 weeks, mice of both groups received an injection containing a known substance causing seizures, damage, and neuronal cell death.
After the injection of the study, the study concluded that the group that had no dietary restriction had seizures. Persons with limited calorie consumption are not.
