60-second Cardio Kickboxing Training with Katie Austin

Want to train like Rocky, but without a lot of equipment and all day in the gym? Look no further than this workout video by fitness influencer Katie Austin. It's a fast-paced, easy-to-follow cardio kickboxing routine that will make you sweat in just 60 seconds. The three movements require nothing more than your body weight, so you do not have to worry about buying wraps or gloves. And squats, punches, and kicks will train your muscles from head to toe.

Get jumped by Austin through the 1

-minute routine in the (19659005) Jump Lung Punch

Jump Right Leg forward, left leg back. Cast a sting with your right arm and a cross with your left. Hop, bring your feet together. Jump back into a lunge, this time with your left leg in front of you. Jab with your left and cross with your right. Hop on your feet together. Repeat this step.

Squat Dodge Sidekick

Squat and slip to the right, then make a side kick with your right leg. Squat back, slip to the left and make a side thrust with your left leg.

Large Jump

Stand at one end of your mat and jump with both feet to the other end and land in a squat position. Jab right, left. Hop to turn your body 180 degrees to the left; land in a squat. Jump over the mat again and repeat the jab-cross. Repeat for 20 seconds. Then repeat the movement, but turn right after each jump and jump to the left, right to right.
