Eating like a caveman is not easy.
The Paleo diet argues that food like our ancestors 10,000 years ago is healthier than we eat now. And that means that you should probably stop eating many of the foods that you now enjoy.
The benefits: You no longer have an excuse to eat crappy frozen pizza and packaged macaroni and cheese.
The Disadvantages: The Diet also considers dairy, whole grains and legumes as "processed" food, which means you can not have them.
If this idea does not make you want to beat a club with a club, here are some simple food suggestions. They are quickly compiled by Michelle Tam, a food blogger and author of Nom Nom Paleo: Food for Humans .
Try the following: It's cool to have breakfast for breakfast. but why not eat for breakfast? Tam regularly eats leftovers for her first meal of the day. She throws some salad greens or an egg and, bam, it's a whole new meal.
Try the following: Wrap the bread-free pack. Use salad to wrap burgers, chickens, salmon or eggs. Then pile up the vegetables and spices approved by Paleo, such as guacamole.
Try the following: Grill a simple piece of fish or steak and steam broccoli. Invest in a variety of spices (garlic, turmeric, chili powder and curry) to make each meal feel different.
