The last month of the year is always busy. From shopping to school events to parties and celebrations, our to-do list is usually miles long and offers many activities for others. Even if it does not seem that you can add anything else, take a look at our list of important health items that focus on one very important person you may neglect: YOU!
If you take time to look after yourself, you may have more energy to walk around.
You can print out this list for your fridge or just take it with you.
1. Select 10 Days to Play Sports
After entering your important events and "Due Dates" for December, strategically place 10 workouts during the month .
Of course, you can always add extra workouts if you have the time, but if you mark the days on which you can use them, you can keep the time in your schedule

Go to the mall and buy one
Yes, online shopping makes gift giving a lot easier, but getting out on a small holiday shopping trip will not just make you happy to be "in the spirit", but it will also help to give your day more activity .
Park further away from the shops, make several trips back to the car to unload parcels, and take the stairs to make the most of your time.
3. Making Food Shopping a Priority
With so much to do and social invitations focusing on the food, we tend to abandon the habit of weekly grocery shopping. Stick to your typical grocery outings and make sure you make a list before you go.
Avoid displaying the holiday treats and stick to the outside edge of the business. Stock up on fruits, vegetables, healthy snacks and drinks to keep up with your healthy diet. Make sure you have fast, healthy meals for those days that make cooking just too much!
4. Go to the doctor
Do not forget that your flex spending will soon expire! December is a great month to clear the annual medical appointments .
Schedule a physical appointment for the middle or end of the month. You'll be surprised how the upcoming appointment will make you think before you skip the training or have this second glass of eggnog!
5. Filling up water
In this busy season it is easy to drink water all day long. In colder weather, extra adult drinks on the menu and less sleep than usual, water can be your secret weapon to stay healthy .
Buy water bottles or preparations and store the water bottles in the fridge for easy access. Slice your lemons or limes or experiment with new flavored carbonated water to keep it interesting.
6. Enjoy Your Coffee or Tea
Every week, you should install at least one morning in front of the log fire, turn on the Christmas tree lights and just sit for 10-15 minutes and enjoy the cup of coffee. Turn on some tunes or just sit down and just relax. With all the excitement, it's easy to forget the reason for the season if we do not spend a few minutes here and there to really relax.
