But it really does not have to be a challenge! In fact, with some small changes to your routine, you can make big differences in your skin.
The first step, however, is to make sure you know the basics: Wash your face regularly with a moisturizer that's suitable for your skin type and uses sunscreen. From there it is a matter of individual skin needs and your personal preference to find the right products and the right routine. That's why we talked to a few experts to get the best tips for healthier (and healthier) skin.
Please, please, please wear sunscreen.
"The most important tip for healthy, glowing skin is to apply a sunscreen every day with a sun protection factor of 30 or higher ."
