30-minute workout for the home and the gym

For many people, the biggest obstacle to exercising is a lack of time. Whether for professional, family or social reasons, something always has to be done at the expense of movement.

One solution is to incorporate activities into your routine by cycling or walking whenever possible. Another option is to simply cut your workouts short so you can fit them into the busiest schedule.

30 minute home workout

Full body training without a kit

The pace is fast with this circuit workout where you go through a series of bodyweight exercises that work for 30 seconds and rest for only 1

5 seconds before moving on to the next move. The goal is to achieve the same number of repetitions for each exercise in each of the four circuits you perform. See the training

Full body workout outdoors

This training includes shuttle runs. So either do it in your yard if it’s longer (or even wider) than ten meters, or make a park. The session consists of body weight movements performed at a pace to keep your heart racing. See the training

Push-up challenge

This article has a full range of push-up workouts, including a ten-minute challenge for those really short on time. The 30-minute workout includes 300 push-ups in an EMOM pattern (every minute per minute). That’s a lot of push-ups, so only for advanced users. See the training

Functional HIIT workout

For this HIIT circuit session, which is made up of functional, compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups at once, you’ll need a kettlebell and a pair of dumbbells. See the training
